When Does Noon Pay Sellers? Statements, Thresholds and Timing (2026)

#noon #noonseller #noonpayments #noonstatement #noonpayout #sellerlab #cashflow #gccsellers #ecommerce #noonsettlement

Short answer: Noon issues a statement every Wednesday, and if that statement is positive and your balance meets the minimum for your bank account type, the money is processed on the Thursday of the following week for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and on the Tuesday of the following week for Egypt. It then takes one to two business days to appear in your bank. That is Noon's own description, read from the Seller Help Center on 8 September 2026, and the details below come from the same pages. Check them before you rely on a date, because the schedule and the thresholds have changed before and will change again.

The longer answer matters more, because the gap between "I sold it" and "I was paid for it" is where most Noon cash-flow confusion lives.

What a Noon statement is

Noon does not pay per order. It pays per statement. A statement is a weekly document, generated on Wednesday, that bundles everything that happened to your account since the previous statement. Noon's Payments processing policy says a statement includes:

  • Orders delivered during the statement period. Delivered, not placed. An order the customer placed on Monday and received on Thursday sits in the following week's statement, not this one.
  • New customer returns received during the period for items that were paid in an earlier statement. So a return claws back money from a later statement than the sale.
  • Noon marketplace fees as per your agreement. Commission, fulfilment, storage and the rest.
  • Noon compensation for damages, and any returns penalty.

The statement period is simply the interval between the last statement and this one. Every statement carries a unique reference number that reflects its issue date, and you find them all in Seller Lab under Payment and Fees, then Statements.

That "delivered" word is the first thing to internalise. Your sales dashboard counts an order when it is placed. Noon's statement counts it when it is delivered. In a normal week those differ by a few days; in Ramadan, White Friday or any period with courier delays they can differ by a lot more.

The minimum payout threshold

A positive statement is not enough on its own. Noon also applies a minimum threshold, and since the policy was revised it depends on the currency of your bank account, not on the marketplace you sell in:

Your bank account Marketplaces Minimum to be paid
Local currency (same currency as the marketplace) UAE (AED), KSA (SAR), Egypt (EGP) 100 AED / SAR / EGP
International currency (different from the marketplace) UAE (AED), KSA (SAR) 1,000 AED / SAR

Noon's example makes the second row concrete: a seller on the UAE marketplace paying out to a foreign-currency account who earns 400 AED in week one has the money held, earns another 700 AED in week two, crosses 1,000 and receives the full 1,100 in the next cycle.

Two things worth flagging. First, a lot of guides still quote a flat 1,000 threshold for everyone, and at least one agency blog describes Noon's cycle as "biweekly". Neither matches the page as it reads today. If you are reading a third-party article, including this one, treat Noon's page as the authority. Second, funds below the threshold are not lost. Noon says they are held in your balance and roll over automatically until the cumulative total clears the line.

The calendar, with a made-up week

Take a UAE seller with a local AED account. The dates are invented to show the mechanics.

  • Monday 7 September: a customer orders. The order appears in your transaction view the same day as an "Order" row, with its Net Proceeds but, typically, not yet every fee.
  • Thursday 10 September: the parcel is delivered. The order is now eligible for a statement.
  • Wednesday 16 September: Noon generates the statement covering the period that includes 10 September. Your order is in it, along with commission and fulfilment fees and any refunds received that week for older sales.
  • Thursday 24 September: payout processed for UAE and KSA. For an Egyptian seller the same statement would be processed on Tuesday 22 September.
  • Friday 25 to Monday 28 September: the transfer lands, one to two business days later, longer over a public or bank holiday.

Seventeen to twenty-one days from order to cash is normal for a smooth week. Add a return window, a courier delay or a below-threshold week and it stretches. Plan stock purchases around that, not around the order date.

Why your dashboard and your bank never agree

Three effects run at once and none of them is a mistake.

Timing. Sales are recognised on order date; statements recognise delivery; payouts follow statements by a week. Any "this month" revenue figure includes orders that will not be paid until next month.

Returns land late. A return received this week for an item sold and paid three weeks ago is deducted from this week's statement. The sale and its reversal live in different statements, and if you only look at one export at a time the reversal looks like a fee with no matching income.

Account-level charges have no order. Advertising fees, storage subsidies and similar items arrive as "Statement Fee" rows with no order number. They move the statement total without moving any order's figures.

The consequence is that "orders placed but not yet in a statement" is a real category of money you should track on purpose. We call them unsettled orders. On a store that sells steadily it is roughly two to three weeks of revenue, permanently in transit.

How to see what you are owed but have not been paid

Everything is in the transaction view. Open Payment and Fees, then Transaction View, set the date range, and download the report. Then:

  1. Find the date of your most recent statement in the Statements tab.
  2. In the export, filter to rows whose Order Date is after the period that statement covered.
  3. Sum Net Proceeds for those rows. That is the gross value Noon has recognised but not yet paid.
  4. Sum the fee columns for the same rows, if they are present yet. Fees can arrive on later "Order Update" rows, so an order can show revenue with no fees for a while. Do not read that as a free sale; estimate the fees from what the same SKU paid last time.
  5. Look for "Payment" rows. That transaction type is the disbursement itself, and its Others column should match what hit your bank, less nothing. If it does not, the Bank Transaction ID Noon attaches to every payment is what you quote to your bank.

If you want the column-by-column version of that export, how to read your Noon settlement report, fee by fee goes through every column and what a refund and an advertising line look like.

Reasons a payout does not arrive

Working through the policy, these are the things that stop or delay a transfer:

  • The statement was not positive. Noon requires that sales revenue after returns exceeds the fees due. A heavy-returns week or a large advertising charge can produce a negative statement, and Noon's Negative Account Balance Recovery policy then applies.
  • You are below the threshold for your account type. Held, rolled forward, not lost.
  • Your legal entity is not approved or not linked to the store, or a document such as the trade licence or commercial registration has expired. Noon lists valid documents, accepted terms and correct bank details as conditions for payment to go smoothly.
  • A public or bank holiday sits in the one-to-two-day transfer window.
  • A dispute. Noon gives you 15 days from the statement generation date to raise a claim on a statement, and says claims after that are not considered. Put a weekly reconciliation in your calendar for the Thursday after each Wednesday statement, while the window is open.

What to check every week

A ten-minute routine that catches most problems while they can still be disputed:

  1. Open the new statement. Does the total match the "Payment" row for the same reference in the transaction view?
  2. Does the payout land within two business days of the processing day for your market? If not, check documents and bank details before emailing seller@noon.com.
  3. Sum the refund rows. Do they pair with sales you recognise? A refund on a sale you cannot find is worth a question inside the 15-day window.
  4. Compare the statement's fee total with what you expected from your own rates. A jump usually means a fulfilment weight band changed, a promotion ended or an advertising charge arrived.
  5. Recompute your unsettled balance so you know what next week's statement should roughly contain.

Where SKUmargin fits

SKUmargin reads the transaction view automatically every two hours through the Noon seller API, or from the export you upload, and keeps the two views apart on purpose: settled orders carry the exact fees Noon charged, unsettled orders are valued at the price they were listed at when placed and carry estimated fees learned from that SKU's own history, and the dashboard says which is which. The statement is always the authority; when it arrives it overwrites the estimate, and nothing is counted twice. You can see the split on the live demo without an account, or start a trial with your own export.
