Getting started
Four steps to your first real dashboard: sign up for the free 30-day trial (every feature unlocked, no credit card), add your Noon store in Settings, build your catalog either automatically over the Noon API or by uploading the Products CSV from Noon Seller Lab, then add COGS per SKU so net profit reflects your real unit costs. The dashboard fills in as soon as your first orders land.
Connecting your Noon store
The Noon Partner API is the recommended way to feed SKUmargin. Create an API user at partners.noon.com with the finance, orders, and catalog scopes, download the JSON credentials file, and drop it into the Connect via Noon API block in Settings. Once connected, settlements, orders, and your product catalog sync automatically every 2 hours, and you can force a manual pull with the Sync now button.
Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they touch the database, only decrypted in memory for outbound Noon API calls, never logged, and never returned to the browser.
Uploading CSVs
Prefer CSVs, or need historical backfill? SKUmargin accepts five export types from Noon Seller Lab: Products, Orders, Settlement, Returns, and Ads. Uploads are idempotent, so re-uploading a file with the same rows never double-counts fees or orders, and unknown headers produce a clear missing-columns error rather than silent bad data.
Setting up COGS
COGS is what you pay per unit to source, package, and land a product. Add it from the Products page per SKU, or in bulk via a Products CSV with a cogs column. SKUmargin keeps a full history: each order's profit uses the COGS entry active on the order's date, so historic numbers stay stable when you log a new cost today.
Profit calculator
The in-app Calculator answers what-happens-to-my-margin-if questions before you change a price or source a product. Pick one of your SKUs and it prefills the selling price and real per-unit fees from your own settlement history. There is also a free public version at /noon-profit-calculator with an advanced Noon/FBN mode, no account needed.
Understanding the dashboard
Five views per store: Tiles (period cards with deltas), Chart (revenue vs net profit), P&L (monthly income statement), Trends (any KPI at daily, weekly, or monthly granularity), and VAT. Net profit means revenue minus every Noon fee, minus COGS, minus ad spend. Cancelled orders are excluded everywhere because Noon never settles them.
VAT report
The VAT tab summarises output VAT collected on Noon sales month by month at your country's statutory rate: 5% UAE, 15% KSA, 14% Egypt. Figures marked Estimated were computed from gross revenue assuming VAT-inclusive prices. Export to CSV and reconcile against your FTA, ZATCA, or ETA filing; it is decision support, not a filing system.
Email alerts
Once a day SKUmargin scans the trailing 7 days of per-SKU profitability and emails your organisation's notification address a list of any SKU trading below 10% margin on meaningful revenue, deduped so the same SKU does not fire twice in a day.
Billing, plans, and limits
Four tiers, monthly or annual: Standard, Professional, Business, and Enterprise, scaling by monthly orders, stores, and users. The 30-day trial unlocks everything with no card. At 80% of your monthly orders cap you get an amber banner; at 100% new Orders CSV uploads pause until you upgrade or the month rolls over, while API sync keeps running.
