Fees change. Noon updates these tables, and your settlement report shows what you were actually charged, so check it against these numbers. Noon’s page says: “All fees are exclusive of VAT and will be charged per unit based on the dimensions and weight of the product.”
Noon’s own pages disagree on one rate: Large envelope, One rate, “New FBN fee per unit (AED) for ASP >25 AED” is 9 on the FBN fees page and 8.5 on the how-to-calculate page. The table below shows the fees page.
1. Find your size tier
- “Use the Classification Table to identify the correct tier for your product (e.g., small, standard, large, or oversize) based on its dimensions.”
- “Shipping Weight = Physical Weight + Packaging Weight”; Noon says round the result to the nearest 50 grams.
- “Ensure the shipping weight does not exceed the maximum limit for the selected classification. If it does, move to the next classification tier.”

Storage is charged by volume in cubic feet. Noon’s formula: “CBF (Cubic Feet) =(L) Length (cm) x (W) Width (cm) x (H) Height (cm)/28317” “A separate FBN storage fee statement is issued monthly, typically during the second week of the following month.”
